CMD100 Energy& Water well Drilling Rig

The CMD 100 is API certified, hydraulic drilling rig that is specifically designed for vertical or directional drilling operations in shallow oil & gas, coal-bed methane(CBM, CSG) and geothermal, with air, mud or foam drilling techniques. It can also be used for fast mine rescue and core drilling.

● Hydraulic drilling system that provides infinitely variable top drive rotation from 0-300 rpm. Precise weight on bit and feed control and pull down functions.

● The top drive is fitted with 2 speed radial piston motors that produce up to 27,500 Nm of torque ideal for large diameter wells. The CMD100 also has an advantage over our competitors of having a max rotation speed 300rpm ideal for coring drilling.

● The top drive can be tilted to an angle of 80°for effective pipe handling and tripping.

● The top drive is fitted with a floating spindle with a travel of102mm to help prevent thread damage to the drill pipe.

● The top drive spindle has a disc Braking system to allow for precise control of directional drilling operations.

● The mast is a Telescopic design with a stroke of 15.2m feed stroke allowing for the use of range III drill pipe and casing.

● Drilling manifolds are provided for to allow air drilling (Reverse circulation and RAB), rotary mud.

● The large internal diameter of the top drive spindle (105mm) allow for the running of drilling tools trough the top
